Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

Serving via remote and onsite responsibilities, the Executive Assistant will assist the implementation of clerical duties, calendar management, email distribution, student letters of recommendation, organizational representation, stakeholder engagement & communications. The Executive Assistant will collaborate with the Executive Director to implement organizational advancement strategies and positive stewardship throughout internal and external operations.

Included but are not limited to:

  • Act as chief liaison between the stakeholders, Successteam, and Executive Director.
  • Manage calendar through adequate scheduling
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the organization
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information on behalf of the organization
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, when necessary
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
  • Build relationships with key personnel to support organizational engagement + programs throughout the year.
  • Assist with maintenance and updates to the member database.
  • Assist in the develop strategies for events, programs, and community outreach
  • Manage and coordinate deliverance of organizational invoices and accounts payable
  • Assist in the planning and execution of donor event
  • Support implementation of organizational programs and initiatives
  • Represent organization throughout community initiatives
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Must be able to pass Background Check

  • Must be able to pass Drug Test

  • Must have Driver’s License or Access to Reliable Transportation

SLA Program Coordinator (Seasonal, PT)

Successteam Leadership Academy Program Coordinators receive the opportunity to impact scholars in grades; 9th  12th via mentorship and leadership development throughout the implementation of the annual multi-day, overnight orientation experience for Successteam Youth Council members. Housed on a college campus, program coordinators lodge within dorm rooms and lead high school students through an engaging week geared toward soft skill development, leadership, and college & career readiness. All selected candidates will receive access to our Mentor Training & Development Program provided in a Hybrid – Presentation Format.

  • Must be Aged 21+
  • Must be able to pass Background Check
  • Must be able to pass Drug Test

Successteam Intern (Seasonal)

Successteam Internships are seasonal opportunities focusing on leadership development, mentor development,
professional development, and community outreach. Candidates are selected after successfully completing the
Interview Process and Onboarding Orientation. All selected candidates will receive access to our Mentor Training &
Development Program provided in a Hybrid – Presentation Format. Successteam Interns will assume the responsibility of
active Team Leaders and Program Coordinators throughout the following Successteam Programs:

  • Successteam Youth Council

 

Successteam Youth Council provides biweekly engagements on first and third Saturdays geared toward Career
Readiness, College Prep, Soft Skill Development, Community Service, and Leadership Development for high school
students, ages 14 – 18, representing Aiken, Richmond, and Columbia Counties + surrounding areas. Each session has a
duration of approximately 5 – 7 hours.
