2026 Applications are officially open for Successteam Youth Council, and Successteam is excited to invite high school students from across the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) residing in Aiken County, SC, Richmond County, GA, and Columbia County, GA to apply.
Successteam Youth Council serves scholars from communities including Aiken, SC and Augusta, GA, providing a regional leadership experience grounded in consistency, accountability, and growth. As Successteam enters a new decade of impact, Youth Council continues to serve as our flagship, equipping scholars with the skills, confidence, and preparation needed for college, career, and life.
What Is Successteam Youth Council?
Successteam Youth Council is a structured leadership development program for high school students who are ready to grow intentionally and lead with purpose. Throughout the year, scholars engage in leadership training, college and career readiness preparation, public speaking, mentorship, and service; building habits and skills that translate beyond the classroom.
Successteam Youth Council is designed to provide both high expectations and high support, helping students develop discipline, confidence, and clarity around their future.
Who Should Apply?
Successteam Youth Council is open to rising 9th–12th grade students across the CSRA.
Members receive:

Exclusive access to Successteam Leadership Academy, a six-day overnight college readiness experience that also serves as program orientation

Biweekly leadership programming held locally on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, providing structure and consistency

Uniforms, grade-level mentorship, and exposure opportunities that promote accountability, confidence, and growth

Access to college tours, internships, and professional certifications, helping scholars explore and prepare for postsecondary pathways

And more opportunities intentionally designed to support leadership, readiness, and long-term success
No prior leadership experience is required, but aspirational youth with a willingness to show up, engage, and invest in personal growth are great fits.
