Outlook Training supports an Outlook on Life…One of the most impactful moments of Day Two of the 8th Annual Successteam Leadership Academy came through a professional development session led by guest presenter Keisha Quick, Founder and CEO of KLQ Learning Solutions.

With extensive experience in information technology, technical instruction, curriculum development, and workforce training, Quick has dedicated her career to helping individuals develop the skills necessary to succeed in today’s professional environments. Through KLQ Learning Solutions, she has worked with educational institutions, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and workforce development programs to prepare learners for success in technology-driven industries.

During her session with scholars, Quick focused on professional communication and digital professionalism through email and Microsoft Outlook training. While many students use technology daily, the session challenged scholars to think beyond personal communication and begin developing the professional habits expected in college, careers, internships, and leadership environments.

Scholars learned how professional email communication creates opportunities, strengthens relationships, and serves as an essential tool for networking, scholarship applications, mentorship engagement, and career advancement.

The session aligned directly with Successteam commitment to future readiness by providing students with practical skills they can immediately apply in academic and professional settings. Through hands-on learning and real-world examples, scholars gained a deeper understanding of how effective communication contributes to leadership success.

By sharing her expertise and professional experiences, Quick helped scholars recognize that success is often built through the consistent use of small habits, strong communication skills, and a commitment to professionalism.

As Successteam continues preparing future-ready leaders, partnerships with professionals like Keisha Quick provide scholars with valuable exposure to industry expertise and career-focused learning opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom.
