What is Successteam?
Successteam is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation dedicated to educational youth development through mentorship, leadership development, and community outreach.

What benefits do I get from joining the Youth Council?
What are the eligibility requirements to join the Youth Council?
- Must be a rising 9th-12th grader.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Reside in Aiken, Richmond, Columbia counties or the CSRA surrounding area.
- Complete the application and interview process.
What is the Junior Leadership Academy (SJLA) and why should I attend?
The SJLA is an interactive leadership-experience event for grades 7–8, focused on high school readiness, character building, leadership development and team-building. Participants also receive priority registration/admission to the Youth Council once eligible.

How does Successteam support my student’s future success?
We emphasise education, enhancement and exposure — helping students understand their strengths, set meaningful goals, and access opportunities beyond the classroom.
Our Youth Council program provides structured mentoring in soft-skills, college and career readiness, and real-world community service.
What is the commitment required from students and families?

What is the Alumni Association?
