About Us

Successteam is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization impacting high school students, grades 9th – 12th, via transformative leadership development programs geared toward college readiness, professional training, and workforce development. Since 2015, Successteam has impacted over 10,000+ youth implementing innovative youth development programs providing mentorship and support to students, ages 14 – 18 primarily. With a diverse lineup of annual initiatives, Successteam has created a safe space for youth to become leaders with principles, direction, and an optimistic outlook on life.

We believe that every young person deserves access to the tools, relationships, and opportunities required to accomplish their dreams. Through innovative educational programming and high-impact events, Successteam helps students connect academic achievement with personal growth resulting in stronger communities and future-ready leaders.

Our Founder

Every young person deserves an equal opportunity to dream boldly, to discover their potential, and to achieve greatness. Since 2015, Successteam has dedicated itself to creating those opportunities — through mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful community engagement.
For more than a decade, Successteam has impacted youth across the southeastern region through engaging programs and community events that blend compassion with structure. Our philosophy is simple: provide a safe space where youth are supported, exposed, and empowered, they lead not only themselves, but others, toward a better future.

Our Programs & Initiatives

Successteam operates a pathway of structured initiatives that cultivate leadership and inspire youth to dream, achieve, and lead.

Across every initiative, our focus remains consistent: to bridge the gap between curiosity and realization, guiding students from “I could be” to “I am.”

Successteam Youth Council

A structured leadership development experience for high-school students centered on civic engagement, college & career readiness, and life readiness. Access granted to Successteam Leadership + Membership remains in good standing for the full duration of a high school career.
