Successteam Youth Council is an immersive scholar development experience designed to help students grow in confidence, character, and future-ready skills. Members participate in leadership development, public speaking, community service, mentorship, and hands-on initiatives that prepare them for life beyond high school.
Membership Benefits include:
- Exclusive Access to Successteam Leadership Academy: a (6) Day overnight college readiness experience and program orientation
- Biweekly programming and sessions held locally in the area (1st & 3rd Saturdays from 9am – 2pm)

Who Should Apply?
- Rising 9th–12th grade students (current 8th – 11th)

No prior leadership experience is required, but a great fit for aspirational students with a willingness to learn and lead.
